Yipee! I'm done work for the summer, and I'm off on a little holiday until July 13. I have a lovely new soap to share when I get back, and I'm excited to dive into some experimenting again with some new techniques! First up is the funnel technique. Have you tried it? How did it go? Holiday

Somehow I lost your blog URL in my email transfer shuffle (long story, but Blogger doesn't make it easy for you to change your profile email)...still had Frenchy's Finds, but not your gorgeous Birch Bark blog.

I have tried the funnel technique a few times and have given up. I do a 6 lb batch poured into 3-2 lb molds. My soap has thickened up too fast everytime. If you figure out the trick let us know! It would probably be much easier in 1 big mold or a smaller batch.
